We build AI that takes over manual work in operations: phone and email, orders and documents, supplier invoices. First we show what it delivers, then we build it, at a fixed price and on the systems you already have. We do not resell AI tools and we do not sell hours.
With the AI opportunity map. We go through your operations with the people who do the work and show, per process, what it costs now, what AI can take over, what building it costs and when it pays back. It also lists what you should not do with AI. The map costs €1,950 and is credited if we build for you afterwards.
We measure it before we build. For purchasing with the free Leak Check: per type of leak, what it costs you a year. For phone, email and orders we count how many calls, emails and orders are handled manually now and how much time that takes. For everything else, the opportunity map. If it delivers nothing, we say so and do not build it.
The AI receptionist starts at €249 per month. Custom builds, such as orders from email into your ERP, are a fixed price per phase, from €15,000. The Leak Check is free; Margin Back costs €7,950 for the first year. The opportunity map costs €1,950 and is credited. All prices excl. VAT.
Yes, we build on top of what you have: Exact, AFAS, Ridder iQ, SAP Business One, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and your own phone number. Where there is no integration, we start with email and exports. No new software or partner contract needed.
Then we say so. Most AI pilots deliver nothing measurable, usually because something impressive was chosen instead of work that comes back every day. That is why the opportunity map also lists what not to do, and which ordinary solution works better.
AI reads, writes and prepares: reading an invoice, answering an email, summarising a call, taking over an order. Calculations are done by ordinary code, because amounts must be right to the euro. And what goes to a customer, supplier or your books is approved by one of your people first.
We only use AI models that do not train on your data, and we keep nothing longer than needed. Where possible, everything is on servers in the EU. For each engagement, a data processing agreement records what is stored where and who can access it.
Companies with 20 to 250 employees where a lot of work comes back every day: factories, wholesalers and webshops, and service companies with a lot of phone and email, such as installers, practices and call centres.
